<div style="font-stretch: normal;">★繳費方式：請於<b>線上報名日起三天內</b>(遇假日依天數順延)，以郵局劃撥或ATM轉帳方式繳交費用，才視同完成報名手續。<b>欲取消報名者，請親自來電告知。</b></div>
<div style="font-stretch: normal;">郵局劃撥可同時繳交多筆費用請務必於劃撥單通訊欄內詳列活動名稱、姓名、服務機構及單位<br />
ATM轉帳─僅限繳交個人費用；學員完成<u>網路</u>線上報名後，需抄錄下<u>報名系統上提供的ATM虛擬帳號</u>，進行轉帳繳費。</div>
